Always capitalize

Always capitalize the first and last word of a title even if it would otherwise be lowercase.

Long prepositions and conjunctions

Prepositions (including conforme, desde, perante, sobre, trás, ante) and conjunctions (including no entanto, além de, por isto, para, aquilo) with words containing four or more letters should be capitalized. Contractions and combinations of prepositions and conjunctions with other grammar elements follow the same rule by the number of letters (e.g daquilo, àquela, dele, dela, disto, desta, nisto, nesta, nisso, nessa).

Subject pronouns

Subject pronouns (eu, ele, tu, nós, vós, eles, você, vocês) should be capitalized. Note: ele, ela, eles, elas should be capitalized even if in the form of oblique pronoun (see 2.3).

Articles

Short oblique, possessive and personal pronouns

Oblique (including me, se, lhe, mim, si), possessive (including meu, teu, tua, seu, sua) and personal pronouns except subject pronouns (including mim, te, vos, se) with three letters or less should not be capitalized. Note 1: On the plural form, they still assume no capitalization (e.g lhes, meus, teus, tuas, seus, suas). Note 2: Subject pronouns should be capitalized (see 1.4), even if it is in the form of other personal pronoun class.

In compounds formed by hyphens (-), capitalize each part except where the part would not be capitalized if it were a separate word.

Band names with e

Proper nouns should always be capitalized appropriately. This includes parts of band names separated by the word 'e' (for example) where the two parts could stand alone, grammatically.
