Will give it a listen soon. Damn this new Wormrot is kicking my ass, I fucking love the songs Compassion is Dead and Outworn. Longer songs with a very melodic presence, I wish they would release more songs like that (which would kind of defeat their purpose as a grindcore band).

Thanks for giving it a try. It is really not my type of metal, but I stumbled across the band on bandcamp and found it entertaining. It is extremely well done for an unknown band that has never put out an album before. I was curious what someone who listens to a lot of this type of metal would think! Thanks for your opinion. =)

Hello, nice taste, man. I think you really should check out Christoph de Babalon in order to look on breakcore music (which you dislike) from the other side. I somehow think it may lessen your skepticism towards genre because Christoph's works, especially his magnum opus 'If You're Into It, I'm Out Of It' are real non-hedonistic kind of breakcore music and it's pretty catchy and atmospheric. I think it will fit your music taste generally so keep in mind :)
