My Albums Rating System:

*****: (10/10) Classic Albums. Album that very important historically to music and I like this album, or album that I really enjoy and it has
very deep or “Epic Feel”, album that when I will listen it again I find something new, even unique album.

For example: Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Kind of Blue(Historically), The Seer, III(Epic “Feel”)

****½: (9-9.9/10) Excellent album. good musically and lyrically,almost perfect.

For example: Hunky Dory, All the Pretty Little Horses, Funeral

****: (8-8.9/10) Very good album. but something is lacking for be excellent album,maybe musicianship or lyrically.

For example: Aladdin Sane, Homogenic

***½: (7-7.9/10) Good album.Good musicianship and lyrically but not enough to be 4 stars for me,good album over all.

For example: ..., The Golden Age, Heritage

***: (6-6.9/10) Not bad/decent album. Maybe little boring/generic album, some albums with not very original music? Or I don't get it (maybe after a while I will understand or appreciate this album)
Sometimes fun album. Over all decent album.

For example: Rock or Bust, Death Magnetic


I always research from different sources before I purchase any albums. Mainly from Rateyourmusic friend's or Last.fm, YouTube etc.….
So usually my music is “selected” before, and I usually don’t have any album below **½. If I didn't like some albums, I just don’t listen/rate them.
