cool! That is one epic masterpiece for me. My fave doom album. It's not insanely riffy so you have to adjust to its pace but I find it really evocative. You could tell they were on a mission. The second album is a lot more riffy, you might like that one even more, at least right off the bat.

yeah it's great. Since you like Mulholland Drive, I'm sure you'll like it. It does flounder about halfway through the second season when the network forced them to solve the main plot and then I think Lynch went off and did some other things and the show lost focus, but he came back with a vengeance for the last few eps. It's also coming back next year on Showtime! I've heard of Windham Hell but haven't listened, I should do that. Those samples on DHG's 'Traces of Reality' are also from Twin Peaks, including that weird backwards voice closer to the end of the song.
