Fluid Music Canada, Inc. acquired Somerset Entertainment Ltd. on November 25, 2009. Fluid Music Canada changed its name to Mood Media Corporation after acquiring the Mood Media Group in June 2010. This was followed by Somerset Entertainment changing its name to Mood Media Entertainment in 2011. The Somerset name was later revived after Allegro bought Mood Media Entertainment in 2013 and reorganized the group's labels under the name Somerset Group.
