Music is pretty...so pretty, in fact, that it consumes most of my time, making me a rather ineffective human being. Ah well. I don't mind...because it's just that pretty (and possibly evil, but in a totally awesome way).

My extremely sophisticated rating system:

5: Brilliant and cooler than cool. I fancy us to be best friends and would totally marry them if I could...and I don't even really like the idea of marriage. Hell, they could even cheat on me while we were married and I'd be cool with it, such is the amazingness of the 5 star album. They aren't perfect by any means (many of my 4.5 star albums might actually be closer to perfection), but really, who wants to marry some perfect person? You do? Well bah...that's no fun.

4.5: Almost marriage material, but I'm not really ready for the commitment, you know? I'd totally live with these albums though and sleep with them at least once a day. Sounds better than marriage, huh? Yeah...but without quite the same level of admiration and devotion.

4: I'm quite fond of them, but it isn't as pure of a love. I would probably eventually move in with them but I might not be completely faithful...what can I say? There are a lot of awesome 4 star albums out there.

3.5: A year long relationship perhaps? Maybe we'd be friends after? I'd always rather like them, but wouldn't really have a problem moving on.

3: I could sleep with them and enjoy it...but there really isn't a future for us. It's fun while it lasts though.

2.5: One time could happen...but I'd probably have to be a different sort of chica (of the desperate and drunken variety, most likely).

2: Not happening, but at least I can look at them without noticeably flinching or gagging...most of the time anyway. That's always nice, right?

1.5: So they sort of disgust me, ok? Some witch or something could possibly put a spell on me and make me feel slightly guilty about my hatred...but it would have to be one amazing spell.

1: Ewww...and I don't even feel bad when I say that to their faces even though I'm normally a terribly nice person.

0.5: Do they really need to be humiliated more? Isn't their existence humiliation enough?

Note: Initially I'll probably tend to rate everything rather high because I would rather rate albums I really adore to begin with and, as you will soon find out, I love heaping praise upon albums I enjoy. The negativity will come soon enough...really, why rush it?
