EDIT: OK, so I've now given it some thought. Try to imagine three episodes of the Goon Show, played out in stop motion, in French, in the animation style of Robot Chicken and with the maniacal pacing of Pingu.
There are so many hilariously surreal moments in this movie, and that's something I can really respect in comedy - if you can't do deep emotional resonance, just crowbarring in as many gags as possible is probably the safest bet. There is a scene, for example, where our two heroes - Cowboy and Indian - have accidentally ordered one million times more bricks than they needed (from Briquenet.com, a website with a mascot that for some reason reminds me of the orientation video from Battle Royale), and attempt to conceal their error from their friend Horse by hiding them on top of their house.
It's hard to get across how well this mess works. I couldn't follow the plot at all, but I didn't really need to. Stuff was happening, it was funny, context wasn't that important. And that's my experience of it really. A criticism would be that it doesn't really end or develop - it trundles along, goes where it likes, and then at a certain point stops. I wouldn't necessarily say it's to the detriment of the film, but it does add to that "episodes stitched together" feel. Still, it's good, very silly and very funny.

It's based on some 00s TV show I think.
