This game is a very good 2d side-scrolling platformer. I like the pixelated aesthetic. The music kind of hurts the ears but is still catchy.

Great game. Not much to talk about. Features some of the best and most iconic courses from the entire franchise. Great score, pretty good graphics for the time of release.

Fantastic game, nearly perfected. Great fluid combat and gameplay. Perfect dungeons and atmosphere throughout the entirety of the game. Iconic score which ranges from extremely catchy to beautiful. Graphics are quite dated.

This is a funny, well-made game. I've only ever played it multiplayer, but I assume it's the same on singleplayer. The score is very calming and ambient, the graphics are visually beautiful.

Pretty solid game. The score and art borrowed from previous Mario games, so they don't really count. Creating levels is easy and quick, but the level editor does leave out some great features from previous games.

I can't really put Roblox anywhere else than the middle. The servers you will find here are either broken and painful to play, or masterfully designed - there's hardly anything in between. Roblox may mostly be terrible maps designed by 5 year olds, but the incredible maps do make up for a significant portion of that, in my opinion.

I don't know... I'm sure a lot of people have a nostalgic connection to this game that would make them place it higher, but I just don't see it. Nintendogs + Cats is a very simple virtual pet game, and that's it.

Maybe it's due to the nostalgia, but New Leaf is absolutely one of my all-time favourite video games. I can play for hours and never put it down - the mechanics and minigames just never bore me. The music is fantastic, especially the hourly music which accurately represents each hour of the day (unlike the music of New Horizons). I love this game and couldn't put it below a 5 star rating.

This game is quite a lot of fun. Creating and customizing the islanders to see what they do is always quite enjoyable. Otherwise, there isn't really much to say about this game. It's good.

An extremely polished game with a lot of charm. Despite incredible hand drawn art, the gameplay is really not great, which lowers the rating to a 3. Cuphead doesn't always seem fair or even possible, with a few bosses relying on RNG.

Great game. A very fun 2D side-scroller for the 3DS. Despite some interesting mechanics such as rotating the 3DS screen to move objects, the game is quite simple in terms of gameplay which brings its rating down a little.

Really good game. The bosses are incredibly finetuned so that the majority of them are nearly perfect. The art is amazing and creates an evocative atmosphere. Unfortunately, the world is bad in comparison to DS1. It is much more linear and straightforward overall.

Death Road to Canada changes every time you play it, so it can range from fun and balanced to horribly unfair. However, this is one of the few games where unfairness doesn't really matter, as the game is more focused on creating a funny story to tell people.

Great as a stand alone game, but very flawed. The graphics and ambience are beautiful, but most of the game is just running through empty fields with stale enemies. Nothing of note really happens most of the time. The dungeons are okay alone, and terrible in comparison to those of the previous games. The cooking mechanic was pretty great, though.

Fine game. Animal Crossing: New Horizons has great gameplay and stellar art, but as a follow up to the previous games, this one is abysmal. The score is awful in comparison, cool mechanics are removed and the game is just not as fun as the previous ones. An excellent game on its own but a poor follow up.

Very good multiplayer game. In my opinion, not quite on par with Stick Fight or Duck Game, but still always fun. The arenas are interesting and their obstacles introduce another thing to avoid whilst fighting.

Duck Game is really good. The weapons are creative and fun to use, the levels are well put together and the game is just always fun whenever played with friends.

A really fun and hilarious multiplayer game. I haven't played it a lot but the matches I've played with my friends have always been great whenever I have. I don't have a whole lot to say about Stick Fight, really.

I just don't get why this game was/is popular. I find it bland and kind of uninspired. The storm is the only interesting mechanic I can think of. Other than that, the game just isn't really unique. Also, I find the art style terrible.

People often compare Terraria to Minecraft, but it's really a different thing. Terraria is more focused on exploration, as there is so much to find and discover in the randomly generated world. This game is very unique.

I don't find this game interesting. It doesn't feel unique at all to me in terms of gameplay or combat, as to me it's essentially the same as most FPS games. Otherwise, the game feels unfairly balanced or just sort of boring.

I don't really get it. The game is solid in terms of graphics and score, but in terms of gameplay I kind of struggle to find enjoyment within the game. Overall, Stardew Valley isn't a game that really piques my interest much.

Great game. There's not really much to talk about as all of Minecraft's gameplay or aesthetics are kind of determined by the player. The music, however, is very nostalgic and sad to listen to.

Fantastic and very thought-provoking game. This game is somehow hilarious and terrifyingly existential at the same time. There is a very odd atmosphere in this game and spoiling the game would absolutely be ruining it.

A fine title. In comparison to the first game, the graphics are of a higher quality but the gameplay is not as fun. The quick escapes make the planning and escaping less exciting. Score is solid.

Flawed but very fun game. Planning the escape is great and the escape night is always nerve-wracking. Score is great and sets the atmosphere of the prisons. Graphics are alright. (The high rating may be due to nostalgia.)

One of my favourite FPS games. All classes are balanced and most are quite fun to play as. Also, while not part of the game, the YouTube animations help add character to the classes.

Amazing game. Extremely polished with great mechanics and well written dialogue which absolutely enhanced my enjoyment of the game. The puzzles are clever and satisfying.

In my opinion, a perfect game. Has incredible atmosphere with the dark and shady feel of the areas. Includes faster combat than Dark Souls, rich lore which can envelop you for hours (if you choose to look into it), fantastic music and stunning graphics. My favourite game of all time.

Excellent but flawed game. Incredible worldbuilding with mind blowing interconnectivity, great score and fluid combat. The main flaw is how the game can sometimes blur the line between challenging and unfair.

Fantastic title. Throughout the game there is a huge sense of progression and exploration, where every room within the game is unique. Graphics and score are beautiful, Story and lore are very creative.
