Founded in the mid-1990s. Not to be confused with Prime Direct Distribution, whose owners conducted a management buy-out of Prime Distribution when their company was founded in March 2003. A few months after the formation of Prime Direct Distribution, Prime Distribution fell into administration and closed up shop.
