1965: Establishment of Miller International Schallplatten GmbH, founded by David L. Miller, Dr. Wilhelm Wille, and Dr. Andreas Beurmann, and start of the first label, Europa.
1966: Launch of EUROPA Kinderserie
1967: Launch of EUROPA jugendserie
1969: David L. Miller sells off the company to MCA Entertainment Music Group
197?: Launch of EUROPA exquisit
1975: Merger of EUROPA Kinderserie and EUROPA jugendserie > EUROPA JUGEND
1979: Launch of the label EUROPA COLOR (Picture Disc)
1989: Miller International becomes part of BMG
1996: Launch of the label Xtra-Cool
2000: Launch of the DVD label Europa Primo
2004: Merger of Sony and BMG > Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Germany) GmbH
2004: May: Move to Stubbenhuk 7 in Hamburg
2007: September: Move to the head office of SonyBMG in München
