All rated games while not 100% FC'd have at least had their campaigns/main stories played through beginning to end. Any Rated Rpgs I beat at least their main quest and a portion of side quests.
All game ratings are also objective as possible, some games rated 3.5 for example are some of my all time favorite games.

5.0- Perfect, absolutely nothing wrong with the game and is enjoyable in every aspect.
4.5- Amazing game with extremely minor personal gripes that are barely worth mentioning but do exist.
4.0- Amazing game with some minor gripes and one or two issues worth mentioning.
3.5- Great game with some issues worth mentioning
3.0- Good game with either a combination of minor to major issues or an extreme setback.
2.5- Average to below average game with some positive qualities worth mentioning.
2.0- Below Average to Bad Game with little to some positive qualities worth mentioning.
1.5- Overall Bad Game, maybe some good ideas sprinkled in but overall not enjoyable.
1.0- Terrible game with maybe a good idea or two.
0.5- Overall Terrible game that was not enjoyable in any aspect, has no redeeming qualities, and wastes the players time.
