I saw Captain Voyeur as part of Shock Value: The Movie, which had a screening in NYC earlier this year. It's a compilation of early shorts by guys like Carpenter and O'Bannon. It doesn't seem like it's managed to find any sort of significant distribution though so it'd probably be pretty hard to catch a screening of it and there's no home release so far that I know of.
