A licensed game that has no right to be this solid with good shooting mechanics and some rather well-made level designs. It's no Goldeneye 1997, but it was enjoyable for what it was.

One of the most insulting displays of inadequacy that, once again, shows the stains of live service looter games, where the combat and missions are extremely repetitive, the story is lame as hell, and it showcases some of the worst loot drops in the entire genre. This game was such a disaster that it managed put the controversies of Fallout 76 on the back burner during its reign. At this point, it's easy to say that this might be Bioware's last leg.

Essentially one of the best mobile games in its prime that unfortunately was downplayed as Gameloft got more and more greedy by nerfing the earnings to races, pushing its microtransactions more aggressively, and making downloading the game extremely tedious. Still, I will never forget how awesome this game was in its prime.

Pretty much the same as AC2 except almost everything I had a problem with in that game is fixed here, with smoother combat, better missions, and a much more dense world to explore. Without a doubt, this is one of the staples of the AC series.

As flawed as it is, it's easy to see how ACII made its series skyrocket into popularity with a very engaging main character and story to follow, including various unique gameplay ideas for its time.

The highest mark of the AC series as it provides a completely open experience that, even to this day, no other game provides as you are given the freedom to set out on the open sea and explore an extremely vast open world filled with detail and personality. Oh yeah, and this is also still Assassin's Creed. Stealth, combat, parkour... all that good stuff is still here.

An insanely bloated and padded out slogfest that hardly follows the roots of the series and only succeeds in being repetitive and mindless. The story may be pretty interesting, but it’s nowhere interesting enough for you to have to stand 70+ hours of painfully average gameplay to reach its ending.

Yet another slam dunk from Platinum Games as it extends their experience in manic hack and slash combat by giving players the ability to control 2 characters at once. This is topped of with a rather well-put-together story that is anime as hell including a strong action-driven soundtrack.

A ridiculously bland adventure platformer with really bizarre gameplay design choices, overtly outdated graphics, and a completely incomprehensible story. Reminder that this shit was sold for $60.

Bulldozing over Infinite Warfare, Battlefield 1 promised to provide a new evolution in historical combat. The campaign is honestly not something to shout about, and I had a major bone to pick with the crazy amount of paid DLC thrown on this game, but once you dive into its multiplayer, you get a true Battlefield experience as its aesthetic and atmosphere are chilling with the aura of pure war and chaos.

A promising title met with a disastrous launch including extremely poor optimization, bugs and glitches galore, missing and dowgraded features from previous titles, and a tonaly incompetent identity crisis that contradicts its warfare aesthetics. It seems to be quite evident that BF5 was the beginning of the end for this beloved series, and DICE's inadequacy with its community shows how far they have fallen since the disastrous Battlefront II launch.

The campaign is extremely forced and disappointing and, at launch, the game itself was a buggy mess, but after a bit of polish this game was an absolute blast that brought some fantastic multiplayer gameplay with a load of weapon customization, diverse maps, extremely impressive graphics and physics for 2013, and a pure aesthetic of chaotic, all-out warfare.

The campaign is rather not very impressive, but in its prime, Bad Company 2 had some of the greatest multiplayer features and mechanical balance that made for some absolutely incredible battles online.

Battlefield Hardline had a lot of potential with its unique take on the series' formula, but in the end it completely failed to capitalize with a forced campaign mode and extremely misjudged multiplayer features.

A solid FPSRPG looter-shooter with strong characters (especially Jack) and an intriguing story, only where its loot and weaponry seldom impresses.

While it has an absolute disaster of a story and characters, I have to admit that the gameplay reminded me how much I enjoy playing this series even in the midst of its faults. The gunplay is just so much fun.

While the combat system may seem simple at first, the more you play the game, the more you begin to see how extremely technical the mechanics are, making for an easy-to-learn but difficult-to-master combat system that feels nothing but satisfying once you learn how to fight like a pro, and its frantic pace keeps me coming back to it over and over again.

It's an experience that is merely about having fun with how over-the-top and ridiculous it is as you take your role as a true American and gun down hordes of terrorists and create more explosions than any game in existence. A truly fun and frantic bloodfest that takes liberty in not taking itself seriously.

Played it once out of curiosity. Simply put, Bubsy 3D is one of the ugliest, blandest, and least aesthetically creative game you could possibly ever play, complete with movement controls that make you want to slam your skull against the corner of a table.

The first take on a futuristic setting in the CoD series, yet it was not very impressive as the movement is heavily janky, the weaponry is unbalanced, and the P2W aspect made this a rather very disappointing turn for the series.

While the multiplayer as a whole surely wasn't the best of the series, its campaign is exciting and its zombies mode is considered one of the series' best, making this a CoD that should be enjoyed by single-player fanatics.

The battle royale focus was a major turn-off for many at first glance, but it turned out to be one of the more interesting releases in the genre in its early days only until you realize its weapon imbalance and aggressive push towards hideous microtransactions ultimately killed the game in a matter of just a few weeks. This had so much potential.

While the game tries its best to make up for its setbacks with excellent campaign and zombies modes, the multiplayer is an absolute mess in almost every aspect of its design.

It comes off much like its predecessor in many ways except that the multiplayer was much more polished here with better maps and weaponry, making this game one of the bigger staples of the series when it came to PVP.

Taking the formula from Advanced Warfare with its futuristic setting, BO3 does much better in almost every aspect in comparison, but its not much of an upgrade as its FPS mechanics feels way too over-bloated and its multiplayer is not super impressive. Although, it does offer a decent campaign and a great zombies mode.

Admittedly, its campaign presents some rather great features that provide enough of an enjoyable run, but its primary focus, the multiplayer, offers very little to be desired for a game that already nobody asked for.

At launch it was a genuine surprise of a soft reboot that provided a magnificent campaign and multiplayer features that take players back to the old greats like MW2 and BO2, but after becoming overshadowed by Warzone, the multiplayer became an extensive hodgepodge of microtransactions and uncontrollable hackers afoot.

Activision finally realizing the demand for a more raw FPS formula after their loss to Battlefield 1, Sledgehammer attempts to capture this format with this installment, but ultimately fail to replicate the same feel as its campaign is unpolished, its multiplayer features don't make it stand out from its competition or its own previous installments, and the microtransactions are shameless and provide zero sense of progression.

While it felt more like it belonged in an arcade due to its low course and character count, this was still a game for me to remember as the track designs themselves were nothing short of awesome and the soundtrack was dope as hell.

A lot can say that its linear platforming gameplay hasn't aged well considering its janky mechanics, but it was indeed a fresh start for Playstation that brought along a lovable mascot and rather very innovative level designs.

A definitive upgrade from its predecessor, Cortex Strikes Back continues the series with improved controls and mechanics, excellent level designs, and an intoxicating soundtrack. One of the staples of my childhood.

Toys For Bob gets a piece of the Crash Bandicoot action and create a true sequel to Crash Bandicoot Warped, and just as I expected, it's truly an amazing feat. To note, it's by far the hardest Crash game yet, but that's honestly what makes it so endearing.as its creative level designs challenge the player in every unforgiving way possible, and trying to 100% something like this is truly a nightmare. It is simply euphoric to see one of my childhood mascots and a series that has fallen off the face of the earth for so many years be revived in such an excellent form.

One of the most faithful remasters of a classic series in gaming history as it takes every detail of the original 3 games and enhances it all from the ground-up, making a pack of pure nostalgia that I can't help but feel giddy about.

This was the time when Crash Bandicoot stole the hearts of millions, as every Playstation kid wanted a piece of the hype around this classic. Featuring new gimmicks expanding the already fantastic Cortex Strikes Back and new level designs that are still a joy to replay even to this day.

Sitting alongside MK 64 and DK Racing, CTR had a lot of shoes to fill to compete with these two giants, and fortunately it brought easily one of the most refined kart racing experiences that is still a testament to the genre to this day. Featuring excellent track designs and extremely tight and challenging controls and mechanics that are destined for speedruns, CTR can only be known by Crash Bandicoot purists as one of the few games that was worthy to step up against Nintendo's dominant mascot.

Beenox takes the wheel for this remaster of my most favorite Crash Bandicoot game and they do it justice on nearly every front, from the incredible detailing of the OG tracks from both CTR and Nitro Kart, the massive and updated character roster, the addition of extensive customization options from new karts, paint jobs, and character skins, and its nature of staying true to its original gameplay mechanics with its easy-to-learn but hard-to-master boost system. Is the sudden addition of microtransactions from Crapivision scummy? Of course it is, but did it ruin the experience of the game for me? Not at all.

Traveller's Tales take on Crash was a major surprise as they provide a game that adds new gimmicks to the series' formula without sacrificing much of its platforming feel or the aesthetic of the series. Also, the game is actually really funny.

I wanted to like this game, but there was just too much bullshit that just got in my way from enjoying the experience. Eventually, my biggest problem with the game was the stuttering framerates whenever the action is heaviest, and that completely shut down my drive to keep playing. To this day, I still haven't finished a single pathway in this game.

While being a blatant God of War clone, Dante's Inferno manages to hold its own with fun combat, serviceable story, and a relentlessly diabolical world-build.
