Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Great sandbox and great times. Many slagged this, but they think Modern Warfare II '22 is good so they don't know anything about COD.

Nice beaches and maps, the snowy hotel one, lots of random chaotic weapons. A great game, one I enjoyed more than many other CODS recently.

Game just had great balance, can't ask for much more. *Shrugs*

If you didn't enjoy this then you need to get good and quickly. An absolute ball.

Weapon system was quite varied and killstreaks were adequate. Side weapons were awesome and spawns were pure insanity.

It's Call of Duty, so you know what to expect, but the multiplayer doesn't feel as oppressive as Black Ops III. I am actually able to hold my own and not get one-shotted. I do dislike the idea that the better you do, the more oppressive weaponry and effects you have access to, but overall it is a good, mindless game that is exactly what one would imagine it be like. It's Call of Duty.

This game is gonna be free on PS Plus in july 2021 and if you are into zombies and especially Battle Royales it is totally worth it. The multiplayer, in the other hand, has a lot of problems. Maps aren't great - the best are the ones from previous games they reused on this: Firing Range, Slums and a few others - specialists are broken and if you don't use some perks to block them your experience is gonna be very frustrating. And you always have that feeling they didn't put much effort on it. I don't have many things to say about Zombies because I don't really play it, but I heard some people who are into it saying it's good, not as good as BO3's, but way better than Cold War's. But the main thing on Black Ops 4 is Blackout, in my opinion easily the best Battle Royale out there. It doesn't innovate as much as Warzone did, bringing new features to the genre, but it's extremely funny and fast paced. The gameplay is awesome and it has a great map desing, that isn't favorable for camping in comparsion with other games and has some old school multiplayer maps on it, like Raid and Nuketown. The perks and attachments make the gunfights intersting and unpredictable, even tho some of them need to be fixed (Dead Silence, Skulker and stuns). It doesn't have great graphics, but it's a style that I prefer on this type of game, because it's pretty colorful and makes it easy to see at long distances.

One thing is important to say: in june 2021 it's really hard to find Blackout games on PC even if you are in the US. I play on PS4, but that's what everyone says. On consoles, all I can say is PS4 has way more players than Xbox and it's probably gonna get a lot more when people start getting it for free this next month. But on Xbox it's still not that hard to find games for americans.

Se você for brasileiro: os modos do Blackout estão em rotação, então o único modo que podemos jogar quando quisermos é o Hot and Heavy, que é um modo especial. Os outros três modos disponíveis são Quartetos, Solo e Alcatraz (esse último é outro modo especial, em um mapa menor) e em geral apenas um deles fica disponível junto com o Hot and Heavy. A playlist é atualizada toda terça. Essa é a situação no dia 30 de junho de 2021 e é válida há mais de um ano. Provavelmente vai ser mantida por mais um tempo.
