really kinda dislike the new Kendrick. overall i feel that it just sounds ugly in some ways. listened to it a bunch anyway because it has cultural weight or w/e.

I've mostly been listening to the playlist I got linked on my profile because it's really amazing. hmm. the new Gnod album is fantastic! i really dig that one. just the usual ambient records for me otherwise tbh. Tired Sounds nearly every day of my life. makes me not regret that tattoo.

what'd you study? things have been good, recently graduated too and am working full time. haven't been nearly as persistent with the music consumption as i used to, but i feel like once you get to a point where you feel comfortable enough with the palette you built for yourself that it all becomes kind of magnetic, in that it's easier to find what you know you'll appreciate versus blindly taking things in (which can be fun and really is the ultimate way to grow, but it has its limits)

Can be challenging, but it's all about growth. I feel like if I'm not taking something from the experience of each day (be it pretty good or....awful) then it defeats the purpose of what I'm doing and where I could go. Are you working currently?

thanks ;p it's scary, no doubt. there's always the risk of that slow soul sucking void you can fall into where every day is a drop of the same color and upon reflection it ends up blurring into this larger picture of nothingness. it's that personal growth that gives your portrait definition and focus. this kinda ends up sounding like a bad TED talk lol, but sometimes these age old platitudes are useful. that job must have been tough. where do you think you could be heading post-education?
