Every system of categorization is arbitrary, especially when the categorization is subjective as is the case with music. Hence, you can apply whatever value you want to whatever number you want. I find it somewhat pointless to distinguish between so many different levels of "bad" music. I don't really think that anyone viewing a rating of mine cares if I gave it "normal" (as in applying to a more normal rating system like yours) 2 or a 1.5 or a 1, so I amalgamated those and assign them all a 1. This frees up space, allowing for more levels of "good." I figure that people (myself included) care more about how good something is than how bad it is. With my ratings system, it doesn't matter as much how bad it is (with the exception of 0.5 for extremely terrible stuff), and more emphasis is placed on how good it is. Again, rating values are totally arbitrary so to each their own. That's just my thinking behind it.

Here second album was good, but didn't live up to the first one i thought. I'd probably have to say it's worth picking up if you find it on the cheap, but i wouldn't pay big bucks or go on any mad quest trying to find it. The songs are good, but none were comparable to the better songs on her first. Haven't heard the third album, though.

All Eyez on Me is not a classic, as there's far less to understand than anything by TVU regardless of how well that album aged. I know you probably don't care or even read this but that got my blood boiling.
