Lot of people have been wondering where the hell I've been at, and for good reason. Apologies for abandoning the page but please trust that I've been at work on projects this whole time. I've got something big I've been working on for the better part of a year now that i'm hoping to launch withing the next few months. I really think you guys are going to like this.

Also my newest guide has been over halfway done for the better part of a year, I just need the time to refocus, so in theory that should be up and out for the world to read this year as well. Again, thanks for everyone that's continued to show interest in what i'm doing, can't wait to share the new projects with you guys

Holy shit guys, it's finally done! After literally months of working on it, my Juice Crew Guide is up and running. Hopefully you all enjoy it. For those wondering about what's coming next, I'm going to spend a bit of time editing all the older guides, fixing the writing where it's needed and adding in newer releases, then I plan on going through every one of them and adding a "Key Tracks" section for each album. As you can imagine that might take a little while. Still, that being said, I do plan to start work on another Guide soon, probably a smaller artist or group so I can knock it out fairly quickly. This taking damn near a whole year to finish one guide thing has kinda gotten out of hand.

Check back for updates though, hit me with any questions, comments or suggestions you have, and hopefully I can announce the subjects of my next Guide sooner rather than later.

I never intended for this guide to take as long as it has, but my passion for writing comes and goes in spurts, I'm sure many of you can understand. That being said, I'm going to buckle down and try to bang out the rest of this guide within a week. If all goes as planned, the Juice Crew guide should be up by Monday the 12th. *fingers crossed*

After that I'm going to go through the older guides, update them with new releases, edit them slightly with some new content, then jump right in to a new guide, which I promise won't take nearly as long (probably).

I'm happy to announce that my newest list will cover the Legendary Juice Crew All-Stars! If the name doesn't ring a bell (shame on you), just know that its members include Kool G Rap, Big Daddy Kane, Masta Ace, Biz Markie, and more. If that isn't enough to get you excited than I suggest you direct yourself away from my page and never return.

I would love to hear recommendations from the people that actually read these on artist they would like to see covered though. I have my own huge list of artist and groups I would like to do, but you guys always come first. So please, feel free to let me know. So far I've had suggestion for Three 6 Mafia (going to need to do a bit of studying for this one as they have a number of solo and side projects I've never heard), Atmosphere (This could actually be really fun, and probably wouldn't take all that long) and Nas (though I don't know that Nas himself needs a guide as a solo artist, but maybe a guide for The Firm?)

I'm also going to go back and re-write/edit some of the older guides. When I first started doing this, I did it strictly because it was something I enjoyed doing. I never in a million years would have imagined that the pages would have so many thousands of views. To be perfectly blunt, a lot of my writing on the earlier guides is sloppy and uninformative, with countless spelling mistakes and typos. Granted, I'm not the best writer out there, but I know I am, and was, a much more capable writer than that. I'm hoping to have all the old typo's and weakly written reviews redone and finished in the coming months, as well as updating the guides with whatever the latest releases are. You may have noticed for example the Wu Tang guide has every new Wu release added to it.

Lastly, feel free to share these guides around the net. Just be sure to link back to my page and give proper credit. I would love to see some of my lesser guides get the views that the Wu-Tang and Madlib ones are getting. And, as always, please, comment and participate! Even if it's to tell me I'm full of shit and rated a good/bad album wrong. I appreciate a good music related discussion.
