TBH, pretty good RPG now. I feel as though it would benefit from perks that actually change up gameplay more than just stuff like "10% discount on crafting" and "+3% crit chance while behind cover". I feel as though the game suffers entirely from its premise, you have this massive city to discover and run around in, but are put on a "timer" that incentivises you to finish the game ASAP. I feel as though CDPR has a good story, being the development of the relationship between V and Jackie, that would have been much better. Especially since Silverhand is such a dislikeable deuteragonist. Imagine if you and Jackie had to make names for yourselves before catching the attention of Dex. Actually incentivising the player to do Side Gigs in order to raise street cred. I feel like that would have been better than what we got.
