A prettier version of its mediocre predecessor with few, if any substantial improvements to the core gameplay. The game's idea of utilising its greatest asset--that being the gravity shifting mechanic--to its full potential still consists of often temporarily disabling your ability to shift gravity in order to hinder progress, or forcing you to attempt to move steathily as opposed to fluidly.
Once again, mission objectives have zero depth: go there; kill these; mine these; find this person; talk to this person. It's like playing an MMO without the social interaction, incentive or dopamine hit.

I love the surrealism of the universe. Cool music too. I don't get the story criticisms when a lot of anime games have wacky convoluted lore already. Oh well, Glitchwave is hard to please as usual
Have I really been sleeping on this for six years!? I bought a PS4 in December 2016, and intentionally passed on this when it came out because I guess I felt I was "betrayed" as a Vita supporter, but... I really lost track of time lmao
