the puzzles are too meh, and the presentation doesn't manage to package them in a nicer light

it's difficult to focus on the lore when the combat is so ever-present, and there are gripes to have in various elements, but there's a weird sense of lush in the general design that I slightly dig

the audiovisual elements are fantastic & the catholic-inspired setting is immaculately grotesque and wonderfully cynical. the gameplay never was the main appeal to me, but playing and actually reaching the ending has me confident to tackle future games

to me the game's on par to Borderlands 2, but it's not as computer resource-efficient and it affects the game performance too much which is a shame

the in-game graphics kinda betrayed my personal expectations, but it's an interesting presentation for a boss gauntlet-centric game

top tier wit in writing with such fun gameplay loop, the third difficulty could be taxing sometimes, but overall incredible

didn't even unlock the other modes yet, the original base game is still a load of fun

- currently playing - the plot's interesting so far, but the performance issues are horrendous and the battle system has been taking a toll on me since it's so unbalanced i'm quite sick of it at this point, but we'll see

always love typing games, and a fully realized action-adventure do not disappoint, albeit the insufficient polish at times that is to be expected from an indie game

it's just one level for the free version, nice two-player co-op though with some cool visual sprites
