I legitimately might have spent more hours on this game than any other. The monkey/bloon aesthetic makes it look as if it's a kids game but there is a tonne of strategy to the various combinations and tower paths.

I find the pacing to be perfect since I can kind of play it while watching a show or a movie which is a fair part of why I have so many hours.

It's also better than BTD5 in absolutely every way.

wish the game had integrated advanced gameplay tutorials for strategies because it feels like cheating to google dark castle CHIMPS guide and get a detailed exact answer but otherwise great game. its always fun to come back to. gameplay loop can get kinda stale but its easy to pick up again. would play again
