Wrecking Crew is a platform action game for one or two players. The player controls Mario (Player 2 as Luigi) working on a demolition site. The goal is to break down all of the stone walls on each stage. The game features a custom level maker, where players can make their own Wrecking Crew levels. The game had the ability to save those custom levels.
There isn't really a lot to say about Wrecking Crew, it is an okay puzzle game and it's sometimes fun to figure out the best approach to solving a level, at least for the earlier levels. It gets kind of monotonous after a while though and while there is a level editor to add some replayability, I just don't see myself coming back to this much at all. Also who decided to add the Mario Bros. fireball in the game?

This one deserves way more love. Fun and unique concept with a ton of levels that approach the game from just about every possible direction. Nice graphics for the time too. I'd go so far as to say that this is the best NES game from before Super Mario Bros.
Yeah, this is an impressively well fleshed-out puzzle platformer. A lot of the later levels do get to be pretty tedious, even after you've figured out the level's schtick, and a couple in particular seemed to barely have any rhyme or reason to their solutions, even in hindsight. Still though, the majority of these puzzles are really well-crafted and the game does a good job putting you in positions that force you to learn all the subtleties to its systems.
