In the year 2499, in the Koprulu sector of the Milky Way galaxy, squabbling human colonizers were beset by a sudden contact with intelligent alien life: An large fleet of giant, high-tech alien warships incinerated the surface of the colony Chau Sara, and then mysteriously vanished. At the same time, the neighbouring planet Mar Sara becomes rife with Zerg, a parasitic species of xenomorphs capable of rapid evolution by assimilating their host organisms’ genetic structure. As the magistrate of Mar Sara, you are tasked to keep your Confederate colony safe from harm, in a three-way struggle of epic proportions where the fate of the universe is at stake.

Title
Like the N64 version of Command & Conquer, StarCraft 64 is a solid port. There's a ton of content here, with all of the original and Brood War missions included, and the look, feel and sound of the original game is mostly intact.

Yes, the PC version is far better, of course, and for obvious reasons. But StarCraft 64 is an impressive feat nonetheless.

Title
A really good story in its campaign and obviously the gameplay is timeless; probably the perfect RTS game. People played this game competitively for really huge sums of money in Korea, that should tell you all you need to know about its depth and quality.

    As much as i agree with getting rid of DLCs from the chart, It does feel weird not seeing Brood War, and by extension any form of Starcraft in of the top 100. Maybe if we took all the ratings from Brood War and added them on this page or if the chart was designed to only rank either the base game or the base plus the expansion depending on which one is higher. Just a suggestion.
