Station Square is such a vibe

main sonic campaign is good but the others like tails/knuckles/amy are pretty repetitive and boring

Yup, still one of the greatest 3D platforms from the 2000s (yes I'm aware this was released in the late 90s but yk)

Here's a game that's hard to comment on in the sense that it is incredibly ambitious, detailed, and impressive, particularly in its visual presentation, while also incredibly bad in its game design choices. Glitches, awful camera controls, poor enemy design and placement, etc., make a lot of the stages more fun to look at than they are mechanically to play. But this game came out in 1998! It would have been incredible for the time. I can't call it a classic as much as I'd like to, but I can't hate it either.
