Cool to hear that you're still updating your shoegaze list! I hadn't checked any date before. I'll keep a good eye on it!
I guess the foreign extra section would be time-consuming & probably intertwining with other sections (what means "foreign" and from what perspective?). A little indication for China though- where I live, the best act in shoegaze might be Forsaken Autumn: no revolution here but some really cool and limpid sound. Their leader is also the organizer of the yearly local shoegaze festival and the manager of a shoegaze friendly label ("Luuv label"), so that could be quite representative of the middle kingdom.
