Banned? I was never banned. I just had to take a hiatus because I was going through a lot of personal issues. Came back as crowandbutterfly as kind of a fresh start. I can't remember why I was so secretive, but a lot of people found out and I told very few on return, so it was a fail anyways lol. But yeah, that's the back story. I've never been banned amazingly enough

A refreshing lack of hipsterism on your bands list.

I don't think Patton qualifies coz he injects humour into everything and hipsters don't like that.

Yeah, I'm not sure I agree on an aesthetic level, though it's definitely pop influenced metallic hard rock.
RE: The Cult / AC/DC - sure (see Pyromania!) but Electric really stripped any pop chops that the glam bands infused those BiB jams, leaving it comparatively raw.
Ultimately just a difference in opinion- of which I'm right!!
