1. I post a lot of short reviews. A lot of them aren't meant to be taken too seriously.
2. A lot of my reviews are mostly objective to give you a sense of what the music is like without my dumb opinion getting in the way.
3. I try not to be a hater.
4. I try not to rate many albums 5 stars because there aren't many albums I'd consider "perfect"
5. The "basically perfect" tag means that there aren't exactly any flaws but for whatever reason I don't believe it should get 5 stars.
6. The "highest recommendation" tag is given to albums where I feel the band hit their stride and/or are albums I often find myself recommending to people.
