Ninja Gaiden

I remember playing this ages ago during the Summer break between my Sophomore and Junior year in high school I think. The game is pretty damn hard, I actually had to play this one on easy mode and even then the game would kick my ass many times. But its a pretty solid action hack n slash game, and almost reminds me of Devil May Cry at times. The boss fights are pretty intense and fun, and there is some solid level design. At the same time the game is pretty cheap at times and there will be times enemies will attack you from off screen and you die like a bitch on anything harder than easy mode. Also you play as this one sexy ninja in a skimpy outfit sometimes, I guess they realized if you die a lot they probably should make your character visually appealing. But yeah its a pretty average hack n slash that has good moments, but I wouldn't consider great.
