FOR REFERENCE: I'm not a guy. I'm not a girl. I'm agender. My pronoun is singular they.
There are a lot of albums that I like that many other people hate, and vice versa. I really don't know why. I just listen to whatever sounds good, and I don't take what other people consider "classic" into consideration. That's the only true way to appreciate music, if you ask me.
"Multiple" means I own it on both CD and vinyl. I wish you could choose more than one on here so it wasn't so vague.
If you don't know how to appreciate fun music, or if you consider "pop" to be an insult, I'm sorry, but I want absolutely nothing to do with you. Similarly, if you really, really like The Smiths and/or Radiohead, we might manage to get along, but there would be a high risk of problems in our future together.
My ratings are in a constant state of flux. Nothing horribly dramatic—several of my 5s aren't going anywhere, but occasionally I feel the need to re-rate an album that I may have been a bit hasty to rate in the past. Admittedly, most of these re-ratings are albums that lose stars, although you will occasionally see an album gain stars if I feel an album has potential, but doesn't fully convince me until I listen to it several times.
My singles account is fierystage.
(also, I just restored my old popcorn rating system back to my movie ratings. Appropriate, no?)

I hear you're in Paris now? I am jealous. Incredibly beautiful city, obviously. I'm still in Oakland, which is, you know, less beautiful. No complaints though.
I was at a funeral yesterday for a friend who died way too young and they played Brothers in Arms (the song) while showing a slideshow of his pictures, and I instantly recognised the intro and immediately thought: 'OK, here come the tears' and also 'This song is gonna be ruined forever', yet, here I am listening to it. So yep, you've pretty much nailed it. Thanks.
If I ever make a list about the band, I'll call it "Cinema."
