    that one scenario where Pharoah's army is coming and you need to pay tribute in time is way too hard. There's no way you have enough time to make all that. Has anyone ever beaten it?

    also, there are certain aspects-- like your food distribution and fire protection-- that are just ungodly stupid and they randomly wander around instead of trying to cover the areas that desperately need it. If the AI were improved it would be so much better

    but for some random company throwing together a city management game, it's not too bad. The AI shows its age, mostly.

    Calling Impressions - one of THE two or three companies that made really good city management games in the 90s to early 00s - "some random company throwing together a city management game" hurts my soul
