the new meguro music has similarities to his strange journey (and some catherine) stuff which makes me excited since I'm not a big fan of most of his persona music

  It sounds like a distinct evolution from that though, way more bombastic. Strange Journey was understated, and Catherine was more rooted in classical music and occasional Jazz. This one is choral but more rooted in traditional music. What I've heard so far is better than most of what's in either Catherine or Strange Journey, besides Also Sprach Brooks.
