Title
I dunno Thrent, I kinda dig the concept. I like the emphasis on trying to predict your opponent's next move and that you have a wide range of counter-moves, where even retreating a step back has tactical depth.

If only there was a better way to replenish your health, because the hordes of opponents running to face you take their toll. Either that, or limit the endless number of opponents coming. The gate trap is bullshit, too.

When you reach the gate at the end of level 2, the trick is to lull it into dropping by carefully walking to it, and then at the last minute back off. It will then rise at a snail's pace, which you can use to pass through. Very difficult to accomplish, so make a save state.

    Weird little game with an interesting concept. But overall, it feels too unresponsive and has some bullshit mechanics.
