I don't really know why I like playing this vastly more than Tetris (GB) . Is it the music? Yeah, it's probably the music. I do think that it's mechanically solid too though and part of that is having an actual objective of killing the viruses with the levels getting harder and harder and requiring to think your approach more and more. I do wish there was more to do in the game proper but at least it has some nice flair esp. in the animations and, of course, the music.

When I was 3 or 4 my cousin saw my sitting in front of the demo screen at the start of the game and flipped out cause she thought I was an NES prodigy. Then I hit start and she realized I was just as crappy as your typical preschooler.
This sure is a doctor simulator if I've ever seen one.
