A unique and touching game with cool artwork and an incredible soundtrack.
The combat system is a little grind-y and I found myself wanting to avoid most battles towards the end. However, there is enough strategy/uniqueness so that it wasn't terrible.
The storytelling is pretty good and comes in a cool nursery rhyme style. While nice in theory, the rhymes sometimes were obviously stretched and I felt they could have been a little more diligent with their rhymes and cadence.
Overall, it was an enjoyable game, but I still don't see myself going any further with NG+.

A simple turn based rpg but with an incredible artistic direction both visually and narratively. If it was a bit more challenging it would have been a must have
I understand why some people might not fully jive with this game, but it's one of the few I've played that I feel I can honestly say is a 10/10. Unbelievably beautiful artistic direction, gorgeous music, emotional storytelling, and a ton of really unique and fun mechanics both inside and outside of battle. It's a must-play imo.
