Expected more from the story because of all the hype but the gameplay was kept interesting with the addition of new mechanics and I enjoyed the stealth aspect. Also, the art/graphics of the game was great and I will definitely play the sequel at some point.

When Russian bioshock fans make a game.

I was really excited for this game since it was marketed as basically L4D3 but this is more like a soulless shell that is done wrong in every single way. I don't know how this failed, thankfully I played it on the game pass and didn't waste money on this.

A strong narrative-driven game that lacks the gameplay and mechanics to make it much more than a game you could just watch instead of play.

I honestly didn't know much about this game apart from that it was some PlayStation exclusive meme from e3 back in the day but with the release on Xbox, I decided to play it. This turned out to be a huge surprise the game itself is very charming, unique, and well made. It gave me that nostalgic feel of just a single-player game from like the early ps2 era where nothing else was like it. Wish the game had more endgame content because when you're done you're pretty much done. Hope a sequel or more DLC content comes out so I can come back to play some more.

More Cuphead more fun.

My first souls game was sekiro so with this being my second it was a struggle to get through and not in the traditional sense of a souls game being difficult. The game itself was pretty confusing and I died more often to aged broken mechanics than actual boss battles. A decent game that has its age showing a good amount and I feel like a true modern remake of this game could improve it a ton.

I did not care for the overall story of the game but the gameplay being similar to Dishonored and the story loop mechanic made this a pretty fun playthrough. I played a little of the multiplayer Julianna protect the loop mode but it felt pointless after a while wish it was a separate two-part story kind of thing instead of what it is.

I bought this around when it came out and decided to play through it now before starting eternal and it was good for its time as a reboot but compared to the little I have played of eternal this feels a lot older of a game than 2016.

I knew this game would be awful when it came out and it was so I didn't really play it until a year in and it was still bad. Now playing in 2021 the game with all of its added content/improvements is still nowhere near the quality of a mainline Fallout game but I enjoyed it this time around and will continue to come back for each content update.

A decent game to play casually checking once or twice a day but is still a mobile game at the end of the day.

Not the biggest fan of Roguelites but when a good one like this comes around I usually enjoy it. The music, art, and gameplay are all top tier and the use of mythology for a game like this just makes soo much sense I'm not sure how it hasn't been done before.

After playing the multiplayer for a good while now and just finishing the campaign it's safe to say this is probably the best halo game since 3. Pretty much everything about what's in the game currently is very well done and polished more than anyone could have imagined after that E3 showing years ago. The only issue here is the lack of content on launch not enough maps, game modes, forge, co-op, customization option, etc. I get the whole 10-year plan with free planned content and I'm sure similar to MCC this will be maybe a 9 or 10/10 in a couple of years but right now it's an issue. The bright side is after the initial issues with the progression system 343 seems responsive and caring enough to get the job done. The new open-world Campaign offers a replay value that halo has never really had before and is something I felt like the franchise needed given its lackluster story the past couple of titles. I won't talk much about the story itself to avoid spoilers and even though I understand why I'm just left feeling unfulfilled due to the direction they are going in. Overall this is probably my favorite halo game since Halo 3 and I know it will just continue to improve as more content is added.

These dudes know how to make great co-op games. Would recommend playing with a significant other if possible but it's good either way. 7.5/10

Short and good expansion type of game to the first Spiderman game for ps4. The story was also great.

I don't know how I went this long without playing this series. Mass Effect is a master class in RPG story elements in gaming and when played through as a trilogy you can come to appreciate the improvements to gameplay throughout the series. Mass Effect has earned its landmark status within gaming and its influence will continue to be seen for years to come.

Brainless third-person shooter with cool gameplay and that's about it.

Since I grew up playing the original Pokemon Pearl I have some biases since Sinnoh is one of my favorite regions. I did not hate the art style of the remake like most people and even though mechanics like exp share and other things make modern pokemon games a lot easier to playthrough without having to grind I enjoyed the slight change in move sets and AI improvement that made battles a little harder than the original.

The game that started the revival of the modern resident evil series moving from third to first-person creates a truly scary experience that begins to fall off as the game starts to open up but the atmosphere, characters, and story here make this a must-play.

The direct sequel to RE7 is bigger and better than the last, really only suffering from being considerably less difficult than other games in the series. The story and variety of horror elements kept me engaged more than any game has in a while and I can't wait to see what's next for this series. (Hopefully a re4 remaster)

Maybe it's just that what I've seen hasn't been good or It just isn't very scary in the first place but any cave/underground alien horror take is never scary to me. This entry probably did the best at making me care about the characters but some parts of the story dragged on and this by the end went full action and fizzled out as a result.

My favorite of the dark pictures series soo far. Felt like the choices weren't cheap and the story itself could stand on its own compared to man of medan.

More puzzle than survival horror but the atmospheric horror here is done pretty well. I enjoyed the dual reality gameplay and for the most part the story until the lackluster ending. Overall a pretty good horror game with a heavy emphasis on puzzles and an Akira Yamaoka soundtrack.

After a year off 2k has come back and possibly saved the WWE series from death. This is one of the best 2k games since the first in 2014 and hopefully, they build off of it for the future. Gameplay is fun with the only broken thing being the submission system and typical CAW movesets. Online could use some type of progression system and removal of microtransactions. MyFaction I didn't play much because for some reason it is a weird ultimate team offline-only mode so I don't see the point of it really being offline-only. Universe Mode is the same it's always been which is fine. MyGm needs a lot more content and polish but at least it's back in the franchise. Showcase mode is always done well and enjoyable to play and finally, MyRISE is one of the better takes on a career mode but could use more variety or maybe a more streamlined story mode into a MyRISE type of mode. Overall a solid WWE game that is really just a good foundation lacking content that I hope they build off of.
