At Gymnasticbodies 90% of the times somebody has problems with planche they suggest to work on planche leans, perhaps that could help you.
The problem is I've been very inconstant so i made almost zero progress. I'm going to give a shot to the Foundation Series. Looks better than ConvictConditioning and OvercomingGravity.
