You got it wrong with Argentina, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires cannot be applied to the state/province, because the province is actually just "Buenos Aires". Ciudad Autónoma has to be applied to the city.

Ciudad Autónoma also means "Autonomous City", it wouldn't make any sense for you or anybody else to call a province "Autonomous City", it is not like that, you can research it.

Ok, while I really don't agree, I just modified the entry in order to meet RYM's criteria.
