0.5 Polyphemus - Idiot cycloptic son of Poseidon. Got his only eye burnt out by Odysseus. Pathetic.
1 Sphinx - A winged woman/lion combo. Killed herself after Oedipus solved her little brain teaser. Unnecessary.
1.5 Cerberus - Three-headed hound of the underworld. Fell asleep on job by eating drugged honeycakes. Unreliable.
2 Hydra - Multi-headed serpent of undisclosed age. Heads can grow back after being severed. Convenient.
2.5 Argus - A servant of Hera who possessed 100 eyes. Had it's uses, but fell asleep after listen to boring stories and was killed. Occasional.
3 Scylla - Sea-dwelling, sailor-devouring oddity. Had a fish's tail and for some reason, canine limbs. Limited.
3.5 Minotaur - Half man, half beast. Conceived when his mum got fucked by a bull. Freaky.
4 Geryon - A titan. Consisted of three bodies, three heads, six arms and only one pair of legs. Interesting.
4.5 Echidna - The mother of many monsters. She and her beau launched an assault on the gods. Gutsy.
5 Medusa - Gruesome snake-haired hag-queen from the edge of the world. Can turn all who look at her into stone. Even managed to spawn offspring from her neck after her head was lopped off. Incredible.
