I don't know much, but apparently some songs they played while selling merchandise or something. One of the nine tracks can be downloaded from the Cardiacettes bandcamp, but I have no idea where the remaining 8 came from (I got then from Soulseek).
The tracks are pretty good, like happy upbeat pills :)
