I recently re-rated my entire collection now that I'm not a teenager and am harder to impress.
My Rating Scale
5.0- Fantastic. This album is an example to represent all human musical achievement.
4.5- Great Album, a must-have for everyone.
4.0- Very Good Album, highly recommended.
3.5- Good Album, recommended
3.0- Average, I listen to it some.
2.5- Average, I don't really revisit it.
2.0- Below average.
1.5- A poor album. Completionists only.
1.0- Even the completionist should avoid.
0.5- Just unlistenable.

The problem with Rose is that even though he played numerous positions he wasn't "the best" at any of them. For a career perhaps the ultimate utility guy though, 2B, OF, 3B, 1B, but for me there's at least a player or two better than Rose at each.
And I'd probably add George Brett if I were to add an extra bat.
Yeah, in restrospect, Rose as a pure utility guy would have made sense, but Brett's the better and more clutch hitter and was a better base stealer too. And Brett even played some SS as a rookie!
It's actually quite inexpensive if you know what you're doing. If you ever decide to try, look me up for pointers....
