I kinda like some of her singles, so it turned up in the 'new releases' list on my page. Figured I'd give it a shot but yick

Yeah dude. It's seriously one of the most depressing albums I've ever heard. Almost even too much for me to handle. I bought it on vinyl because I thought it'd sound amazing, which it does, but I'm not sure how often I'll be pulling that one out haha.

Well I probably don't need to plug Radio Amor since that's sitting at the top of my 100 all-time list currently, but that's my recommendation to check out next, especially if you're digging HiU. From there, well one of the things about Tim is he rarely repeats himself and that's the fun of exploring his discog. Haunt Me is another gem, Mirages is dense and difficult but really good, Virgins is as well. You may want to check out my list (see below) where I rank his albums. Yeah good approach. Agreed about Virgins, it isn't the easiest album to get into. That one took me a while.

Yeah there are a lot of people (whether it's on here or other places) that seem to nitpick every little thing and can't let a nice moment happen without their nonsense. I wonder if they even watched any of the show or know why the show happened or why she sang that song. I'm going to assume that they didn't because if they did, then they would know why her performance of that song wasn't "great". I think it was awesome because of how emotional it was and it was just a great moment. But what do i know haha.

Haha, no i wasn't talking about Lorde, i was just talking about most current pop right now. I haven't really heard much Lorde other than Royals. Would she count as "doom and gloom pop"? haha.
