«I started to write down an objective list when I have listened through an album which I own in March 1984 - only three weeks before 6079 Smith W. nuzzles his chin into his breast in a bright cold day in April. The first entry is "Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps)". I was then just 16 years old teenager. 33¼ years later I am still doing that honestly and now I have 6962 entries on my list in December 31st, 2016. Every New Year's Day I am calculating the year's listenings and that is sure the day to wait for!!«
«My record collection is not remarkable huge, 837 items; 616 CDs or CD boxes, 5 SACDs, 219 vinyls and 1 cassette ("Graceland") in July 2017. In addition I do not have many music CD-R's or bootlegs, less than five.«
«I am a fundamentalist for Compact Discs and against mp3s as a primary source of personal music collection. Music must have a physical format, not a faceless data file easily to sweep away. Boys and girls: HOLD YOUR HARD DISKS and buy a secondary one for making protection copies!«

The internet era encouraged me to purchase music stuff mainly from the English dealers in 2009. Not a single record bought yet from Norway anyway!«

«I do not give stars to the albums which are not anymore in active play (267 disactivated CDs and 16 HDD-CDs in 2017). 7", 12", CD3, VHS, DVD- and BD-audio are always non-rated formats.«
