Title
Death in the snow
Year Walk is a really amazing horror adventure game. The game simply offers a very unique blend of ideas. Its story is based around nordic mythology, and the player has to wonder through the forest in search for clues to prevent a seemingly unpreventable future.

The music and atmosphere, plus its simple but effective minimalistic style, creates some of the most haunting atmosphere i have seen in a game. And thats really the main reason to play this game. This isnt a horror game in the sense that there will be jump scares or a survival horror gameplay. Its about mystery and piecing it all together and luck at the ugly image your just created.

The story is interesting and leaves the player hanging for more. The puzzles demand some attention from the player, but never to the point of being frustrating.

It only takes about 2 hours to beat, but its very definitly worth that time.

    I played this after the Cube Escape/Rusty Hotel games. Those games seem are a similar concept but I liked them a LOT more.
