Not only is this style of witty(?) self-negation getting worn out, but "There Is No Game" doesn't even try doing something interesting or thought-provoking with it. A few obvious puzzles wrapped in painfully generic pixel art and a narration that really has nothing to do with the gameplay don't count as interesting. There certainly are short and good flash games that make you think, but this isn't one of them.

overhated AS HELL, this game does what it is trying to do perfectly well and is a great example of what you can do with Construct 2, even if you beat this once and forget about it. the brevity of the game makes up for the redundancy of its self-negation
