Metaphours
Its a 2d puzzle platformer. You have the ability to rewind in time, and on doing that your former self becomes a stepping stone to get you through obstacles and puzzles. The puzzles are pretty well designed, and some of them are actually quite clever.

But for me what really distinguished this one apart is the actual plot, which is something that is very unusual for free browser games. But without spoiling this, the writing and twist at the end, which ties up to the gameplay, is suberb and manages to leave a longlasting impression on the player.
