Im 4 hours in and it really is just more of the same just as if I’d be continuing the first game plus better graphics. Combat still just as clunky and annoying by unsatisfactorily copying DS. I heard plenty of voices who claimed this to be improving on the first game in every possible way. I cannot confirm that at all. Everything is completely similar. (Except graphics like I said)

they also did iterate quite a bit in several areas, idk why you'd think you could pick up on everything in 4 hours lol

the PC port is a shitshow, can confirm

HOWEVER the game itself is kinda great? I've got a couple complaints, but it doesn't matter too much when it got its hooks in me so well.

Something about the stance system essentially combining Dark Souls-lite (crossguard), Sekiro-lite (single), and Bloodborne-lite (blaster) into a single game just scratches so many itches at once, even if it isn't perfect

When have Triple A Games become so tedious and boring? Awful artificial level design, bland character shells, frustratingly badly converted souls like gameplay. There is nothing about this I even remotely enjoy.

Same issues as Fallen Order, when it's good like the Vader boss battle, it's tense and exciting, but over half the game is padded with boring platforming and traversing dull areas finding pointless loot. Standard AAA focus on quantity over quality, bulking out the playtime with filler
