the final mission of this is absolutely bugged to hell, even with a patch installed. You have to destroy the boss's shield with a gauss gun, but at some point just firing the gun not even at the boss depleted its health? and sometimes the boss just became invulnerable, i don't know how i beat it but I'm not doing it again
I know it's an old comment, but... You're not supposed to. You can, by hugging the left wall and running for your life to rookie village once the military open fire, but the easy way was to go back to the swamps once Sidorovich tells you aboth the machine guns, and use the other path to Cordon.
Just finished my first playthrough, with ABR instead of Vanilla, and that felt like a slog. But idk, that mod felt unrewarding somehow. Should I try it with a just a patch instead, or is this game even worse without ABR?
