This is my favorite game on the Genesis. I did play this before the first one so that may factor into my preference but I don't have much fun with racing games beyond this, and man do I have a blast with it.

low frame rate really compromise the fun in here. Its cool to play it get a taste for this classic, but playing more than half and hour starts to get grating.
