Perfect Dark

Here's a game that I really, really, really want to love, but that is so broken by modern standards that I can't play it. The frame rate, and the lack of visibility just add so much frustration, and make it so hard to appreciate what looks like a really cool experience. I want to like Perfect Dark, but the technological limitations prevent me from enjoying it.

i want all my games these days to be 144+ fps, but perfect dark can slow down to 15fps during gunfights and i'll still give it a 5

most games with this framerate would get fucking SMOKED

I think most people/kids playing this back then (like myself) weren't that bothered by the framerate, this was almost normal especially on consoles. Solo was fine, multiplayer was a bit choppy though, I guess the game plays way better on emulators or the xbox online versions.

Still have incredible memories playing this, what a legendary game what an atmosphere and soundtrack. Better than Goldeneye in every aspect, glad that at least Glitchwave members are acknowledging that even if they're in the minority.

Would die for a proper remaster honestly (or the next/new game, what happened to that ?)
