Ok, I kind of enjoyed it: the mechanism is interesting and there are some tactical tricks there, at least eventually.
But the dice-based mechanism is also in the beginning very random, and as such rather frustrating: you roll badly and suffer, repeat and repeat. By grinding through this, you'll get some perks that will help in the next runs, and give a bit more tactical edge than just trying to survive as long as possible, and basically the game expects you to grind.
But once you have got at least some good perks, start doing better and have some tactical leeway...you have already seen a good part of what the game has to offer, you just have a better success rate in the encounters and can tackle them even in higher difficulties. But it is still grinding.
I enjoyed playing this for several hours, so giving it a poorer rating would not be reasonable, and can see having it around and every now and then doing another run, but on this genre of roguelite card/dice/whateverbuilders, there are lots of games which feel a lot more rewarding.
